Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms were surprisingly spacious for New York City standards, and although mine faced the back overlooking an old rent-controlled apartment building, it had its charm with little surprises like current magazines and backgammon to enjoy. The service was top-notch, always attentive from check-in to check-out, and the staff, especially Juan at the concierge desk, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The location was unbeatable, just a stone's throw away from the bustling Times Square yet tucked on West 44th street offering a peaceful retreat. The dining experience was outstanding, particularly the stuffed French toast at the restaurant was a highlight. However, the price for the overall stay seemed a bit on the higher side considering some amenities were missing.
The hotel exceded my expectations in every aspect. The rooms were full of surprises, with current magazines, spotless cleanliness, and beautiful decorations. The back location ensured absolute peace without any street noise, just what I would envision for a high-end stay that includes a balcony and a butler. However, the dining prices were higher than usual, and the breakfast seemed somewhat overpriced.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious with two large bathrooms and impeccably clean. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, but there were some organizational issues. The location was perfect for those wanting to experience the excitement of Times Square, but it could be a bit noisy at night. The dining experience was surrounded by the vibrant atmosphere of New York and Broadway, but it was a bit pricey. Overall, a great choice for those looking for a luxurious stay in the heart of Midtown Manhattan.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great and not-so-great experiences. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable, decorated with Hollywood-inspired movie art, in a fabulous location near Times Square. The service was lovely, with friendly and helpful staff, but a bit inattentive at times. The dining was outstanding with amazing options, while the facilities were commendable overall.
